Anonymous by Design
LaunchGuard360's core methodology is built on anonymous feedback collection. We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information from feedback providers. Our paper-based collection system ensures no digital tracking of individual responses.
Data Collection Practices
What we collect:
- Anonymous feedback content related to rollout experiences
- General organizational context (department, role type — not specific individuals)
- Timeline information for governance cycle integration
What we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers
- Individual performance data or evaluations
- Personal opinions about specific people
Data Processing and Neutralization
Our neutralization process transforms raw feedback into actionable insights while maintaining anonymity:
- Individual responses are aggregated into thematic insights
- Identifying details are removed or generalized
- Insights are categorized by issue type and urgency
- No individual response is traceable to a specific person
Data Security and Retention
Physical Security: Paper-based feedback forms are securely stored and processed in controlled environments.
Digital Security: Any digital processing uses encrypted systems with access limited to authorized personnel.
Retention: Raw feedback materials are destroyed after neutralization and insight delivery. Anonymized insights may be retained for trend analysis as specified in client agreements.
Industry-Specific Considerations
Healthcare: LaunchGuard360 processes are designed to be HIPAA-conscious, avoiding collection of any protected health information.
Education: FERPA compliance ensured through anonymous collection methods that do not involve student records.
Community: Local programs and policy initiatives are supported with anonymized input that avoids collecting personally identifying details from residents or community members.
Enterprise: Confidential business information is protected through secure processing and non-disclosure agreements.
Your Rights and Contacts
As feedback is collected anonymously, individual data subject rights (access, correction, deletion) do not apply to the feedback process itself. However, organizations can:
- Request details about data processing practices
- Modify or terminate LaunchGuard360 services
- Request deletion of organizational insights
